Constructin
Door flat is a construction, that consists of the oak wooden frame, covered by the sheet of veneer from 2 sides. This construction is filled layer-by-layer with heat-insulating materials.
Door flat is fixed
to the door0frame by the help of 2 strengthened hinges.
Door is
impregnated with special fireproof mixtures.
Door flat can be
manufactured both types: with partial glazing and without it.

Standart set
The butt door0frame is made of firm sort of wood, sodden with fire retardant and covered wby naturel venner sheets of valuable sorts of wood.
The door flat has a box-type construction with a rectangular doorway. It is covered by natural venner sheets of valuable sorts of wood or by laminated Medium Density Fireboard plate.
Heat and acoustic insulation of a door leaf is provided by the higly solid mineral plate and other special stuffs.
For protection against cold smoke rubber compressor is used, against hot smoke - the compressor with thermo- swelling characteristics.
Possible methods of applying:
- colorless varnish-and-paint polymeric cover
- colored enamel in accordance with RAL catalogue (with the use of swelling lacquer)
Anchorage is provided through
the door0frame.
Rubber and thermo-swelling compressors supply the total covering of the doorway due into the time of normal and high temperature.
